Privacy Policy

The Home Huddle is a service of Carly Brasseux Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we” or “us”). We help families set up calendars, school email, lists and meal plans on tools they already own. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Waitlist form: your name, email, city, number of kids, phone type, and anything you choose to tell us.
- Intake form (clients): your contact details, the other adults who should get your weekly summary, your children’s first names, ages, grades and schools, activities and schedules, the tools you use, food preferences, and what you’d like fixed.
- During a setup: we see your calendars, email and lists on screen share or through temporary access you grant. We do not copy, export or keep them.
- Passwords: we never ask for, receive or store them.
How we use it
Only to contact you about the waitlist, set up and support your family’s system, and send you information you asked for. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI.
Who else handles it
Our website and forms are hosted by WordPress.com, and form submissions arrive in our business email. Payments, when you book, are handled by our payment processor. These providers handle information only to provide their services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Children’s information
We collect information about children only from their parent or guardian, and only to set up the family’s system. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children, and our forms are meant for adults.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries: until you ask us to remove them or we close the waitlist. Intake forms: 12 months after your last service, then deleted. After a setup, we remove our access to your accounts and confirm it in writing.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to leave the waitlist, at any time. Email carly@thehomehuddle.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Security
We protect our accounts with strong passwords and two-step login, keep as little information as we can, and delete it on the schedule above. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you as the law requires if your information is ever exposed.
Changes and contact
